Wojtek and Melissa have lived on the Sunshine Coast for more than 30 years raising their three sons in the idyllic lifestyle that we enjoy on the Coast. Together with their middle son, Arlan, Wojtek and Melissa are so excited to launch Zaleta, a lifestyle home builder, paying homage to Wojtek’s family heritage, bringing passion and quality to every home project.
While our name might be new, we have been delivering quality family homes across the Sunshine Coast for over 25 years. Our business is founded on our own family values – honesty, integrity, and quality. We undertake each build as if it were our own home, and we treat every client as though they are one of our own family.
We have long-standing, established relationships with some of the best trades in the region - many have worked alongside us for over 14 years, and are an extension of our family business. Our strong working relationships mean that our builds are delivered on time, and within budget.
At Zaleta, we don’t believe that one size fits all. We view the family home as an integral part of your family’s story – where memories are made, and family culture is cultivated. That’s why we don’t believe in selling off the plan. Instead, we work with you to modify our existing floor plans to suit your space, needs and desires, and create the perfect home for your family’s unique personality, and budget. We don’t believe that the budget should restrict the outcome - we will work with you to show you what is possible within your budget. We are honoured that we get to be part of the process of building unique family homes that will form part of the family’s life and story for many years to come.
At Zaleta, we prioritise maintaining a good relationship with our clients throughout the process. It’s important to us that your experience is a good one, that you feel listened to at each stage, and that you love your quality Zaleta-built home. When you build with Zaleta, you will have direct access to the Zaleta staff, and our company owner, who will accompany you to site visits so that you feel secure and relaxed throughout the build process.
We believe that communication and updates are essential to maintaining good client relationships, and this forms part of our core working model. But this isn’t just an ideal, we’ve put processes in place to ensure it’s part of the experience. There are multiple quality assurance procedures put in place at each stage of the build, and we keep our clients updated constantly with photographs and site visits, to assure that the clients come along on the journey with us to build their new home – it’s your home, after all!
